摘要
使用问卷调查法收集了714份有效问卷,通过描述性统计分析、差异性统计分析、相关分析、回归分析和中介效应分析等数理统计方法,探究了心理资本对大学生创业倾向的影响。研究结果显示:心理资本正向预测创业倾向;心理资本正向预测创业态度;心理资本通过创业态度中介变量对创业倾向起间接影响作用。进而,从心理资本积极心理学的视角为提高大学生的创业倾向提出建议,提升创业就业率。
By applying questionnaire survey to collect 715 valid questionnaire and through the descriptive statistical analysis,statistical analysis of difference,correlation analysis,regression analysis and mediating effect analysis,this paper explores the influence of psychological capital on entrepreneurial tendency of college students.The research result shows that psychological capital has a positive impact on entrepreneurial tendency and entrepreneurial attitude of college students;and psychological capital has indirect impact on entrepreneurial tendency through entrepreneurial attitude as mediating variable.Furthermore,it puts forward suggestions from the perspective of psychological capital with an aim to improve the entrepreneurial tendency of college students and their entrepreneurial employment rate.
