摘要
目的:探讨雪山杜鹃多糖对环磷酰胺致免疫低下雄性小鼠肝肾脏的保护作用。方法:将60只KM雄性小鼠随机分为正常对照组、环磷酰胺模型组、香菇多糖干预组、雪山杜鹃多糖干预组,采用全自动生化分析仪测定血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(T-BIL)、碱性磷酸酯酶(ALP)、尿素(BUN)、肌酐(CR)含量。结果:1000 mg/kg/d雪山杜鹃多糖干预环磷酰胺小鼠血清AST、T-BIL、ALP、BUN和CR水平分别为113.75±9.05 U/L、1.18±0.21μmol/L、90.67±11.02 U/L、7.23±1.32 mmol/L和29.50±1.11μmol/L,极显著低于环磷酰胺模型组(P<0.01),而ALT水平为25.81±2.73 U/L,显著低于环磷酰胺模型组(P<0.05);其ALT、AST、T-BIL、ALP、BUN、CR与正常对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:雪山杜鹃多糖能降低环磷酰胺小鼠肝功能和肾功能损伤指标含量,表明对环磷酰胺致免疫低下雄性小鼠肝脏及肾脏具有明显保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of polysaccharides from Rhododendron aganniphum on liver and kidney of immunosuppressive male mice induced by cyclophosphamide(CY).Methods 60 KM male mice were randomly divided into normal control group,CY model group,polysaccharides of Lentinus edodes in⁃tervention group and polysaccharides from Rhododendron aganniphum intervention groups.The contents of ala⁃nine aminotransferase(ALT),alanine aminotransferase(AST),total bilirubin(T-BIL),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),urea(BUN)and creatinine(CR)in serum were determined by automatic biochemical analyzer.Results The serum levels of AST,T-BIL,ALP,BUN and CR were 113.75±9.05 U/L,1.18±0.21μmol/L,90.67±11.02 U/L,7.32±1.32 mmol/L and 29.50±1.11μmol/L respectively by intervention of cyclophosphamide with 1000 mg/kg/D Rhododendron delavayi polysaccharide,which were significantly lower than those in cyclophosphamide model group(P<0.01).The ALT level was 25.81±2.73 U/L,which was significantly lower than that of cyclophospha⁃mide model group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ALT,AST,T-BIl,ALP,BUN,CR between the Rhododendron delavayi polysaccharide on cyclophosphamide group and normal control group(P>0.05).Con⁃clusion Polysaccharides from Rhododendron deodarum can reduce the contents of injury indexes on liver and kidney function in mice with cyclophosphamide,which indicates that polysaccharides from Rhododendron deo⁃darum have obvious protective effect on liver and kidney of male mice with cyclophosphamide induced immuno⁃suppression.
