摘要
目的:评价不同极性囊距翠雀提取物对乳腺癌MDA-MB-231细胞、MCF-7细胞的抑制效应;研究囊距翠雀70%乙醇提取物的不同浓度、不同时间对肿瘤细胞诱导分化效应,并考察其对肿瘤细胞诱导分化作用机制。方法:以不同极性溶剂提取囊距翠雀,采用SRB法评价囊距翠雀不同提取物对各肿瘤细胞的抑制效应,采用ELISA试剂盒法考察囊距翠雀70%乙醇提取物诱导MDA-MB-231细胞分化的机制。结果:除石油醚外,其他5种提取物均对肿瘤细胞产生一定的抑制效应,囊距翠雀70%乙醇提取物能明显提高对乳腺癌肿瘤细胞的诱导分化。结论:囊距翠雀提取物对乳腺癌MDA-MB-231细胞有较好的抑制作用和诱导分化效应。
Objective To evaluate the inhibitory effect of different polar extracts from delphinium brunonianum royle on MDA-MB-231 cells and Mcf-7 cells of breast cancer, and to study the differentiation inducing effect of 70% ethanol extracts from delphinium brunonianum royle on tumor cells in different concentration and time, and to investigate the mechanism of its differentiation inducing effect on tumor cells.MethodsDifferent polar solvents were used to extract delphinium brunonianum Royle. SRB method was used to evaluate the inhibitory effect of different extracts of delphinium brunonianum Royle on tumor cells, and the mechanism of MDA-MB-231 cell differentiation induced by 70% ethanol extract of delphinium brunonianum Royle was studied by ELISA.Results In addition to petroleum ether, the other 5 extracts have a certain inhibitory effect on tumor cells. The 70% ethanol extract of delphinium brunonianum royle can significantly improve the differentiation of breast tumor cells.Conclusion The extract of delphinium brunonianum royle has a good inhibitory and differentiation inducing effect on MDA-MB-231 cells.
