摘要
目的分析乳腺癌PTEN、Ki-67、β-catenin蛋白表达情况及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法选取2016年7月—2020年9月本院40例乳腺癌手术切除的患者为研究对象,采用回顾性的方法对其PTEN、Ki-67、β-catenin蛋白表达情况及其与临床病理特征进行分析。结果乳腺癌组织PTEN、Ki-67、β-catenin蛋白表达情况明显高于周边正常组织(P<0.05);PTEN蛋白表达与肿瘤的病理学分级、肿瘤分期和淋巴结转移情况相关(P<0.05);Ki-67蛋白表达与病理类型相关(P<0.05);β-catenin蛋白表达与淋巴结转移相关。结论乳腺癌患者的PTEN、Ki-67、β-catenin蛋白具有高度表达的情况,与临床病理特征有显著相关性,可作为判断患者病情严重程度的客观依据。
Objective To analyze the expression of PTEN,Ki-67 and-catenin Protein in breast cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological features.Methods from July 2016 to September 2020,40 patients with breast cancer were selected for the study,the expression of Pten,Ki-67 and-catenin in breast cancer patients and their clinicopathological features were analyzed retrospectively.Results The expression of PTEN,Ki-67 and-catenin protein in breast cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal tissues(P<0.05),and the expression of PTEN protein was correlated with tumor pathological grade,and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05)Ki-67 protein expression was correlated with pathological type(P<0.05),and-catenin protein expression was correlated with lymph node metastasis.Conclusion The high expression of PTEN,Ki-67 and-catenin protein in patients with breast cancer is significantly correlated with clinicopathologic features,which can be used as an objective basis for judging the severity of the disease.
