P-GSK3β和β-catenin蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义 被引量:6

摘要 目的检测乳腺癌组织中P-GSK3β蛋白和β-catenin蛋白表达情况并探讨其意义。方法采用微波EliVisionTM免疫组织化学法检测56例乳腺癌组织、30例癌旁正常乳腺组织中P-GSK3β蛋白和β-catenin蛋白的阳性表达率。结果 (1)56例乳腺癌组织中P-GSK3β蛋白和β-catenin蛋白的阳性表达率分别为57.14%(32/56)、64.29%(36/56),在癌旁正常乳腺组织中无表达,二者比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)P-GSK3β的表达与乳腺癌的组织学分级、临床TNM分期和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),而与患者年龄、原发肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。β-catenin表达与乳腺癌的淋巴结转移、组织学分级有关(P<0.05),与乳腺癌的原发肿瘤大小、临床TNM分期及患者年龄无关(P>0.05)。(3)P-GSK3β蛋白和β-catenin蛋白的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 P-GSK3β蛋白和β-catenin蛋白在乳腺癌呈高表达,且与乳腺癌的发生、发展和转移密切相关。 Objective To determine the expression of P - GSK3β and β - eatenin in the Human breast cancer tissue,. study their relationship with clinicopathological factor in breast cancer, and analyze their expression significance and their correla- tion with each other. Methods 56 cases of breast carcinoma, 30 cases of adjacent nontumor normal breast tissue were detected in P - GSK3βand β - catenin by microwave EliVisionTM. Results ( 1 ) The postitive expression of P - GSK3β and the abnor- mal β - catenin in 56 cases of breast carcinoma were 57. 14% and 64. 29% respectively. There was a significant different be- tween carcinoma and normal breast tissue (P 〈 0. 05) ; (2) The overexpression of P - GSK3β in breast carcinoma had no rela- tionship with the size of primary tumor, age and pathological type, but had some relationship with histological classification, clinical TNM staging, and lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0. 05) ; the abnormal β - catenin expression was inversely correlated with lymph node metastasis and histological classification (P 〈 0. 05), had no relationship with age, size of primary tumor, clinical TNM staging and pathological type (P 〉 0. 05). (3) It was positive correlation between them (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion P - GSK3β and β -catenin were highly expressed in the endometrial cancinoma and its expression was related with endometrial carci- noma development and metastasis.
