摘要
采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法等,研究2022北京冬奥会遗产游憩化利用体系构建的必要性,分析制约因素并提出破解路径。北京冬奥会遗产游憩化利用体系的构建能助力冬奥城市体育旅游产业发展、增强民众休闲感受与娱乐体验、提高京津冀区域协同发展效率、展现奥林匹克运动中的中国文化,限制因素包括气候限制、地理限制、专业限制、成本限制。提出构建方式:以“新型化”构建技术支撑体系;以“网络化”构建城市及区域协同发展体系;以“软式化”构建体育项目民众参与体系;以“国产化”“本地化”构建冰雪装备及人才支持体系。
Using the methods of literature data and logical analysis,the research analyzed the necessity of constructing the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics heritage recreational utilization system,and its restrictive factors and propose solutions.The construction of the recreational utilization system of the Beijing Winter Olympics heritage can help the development of the Winter Olympics city sports tourism industry,enhance the people’s leisure and entertainment experience,improve the efficiency of the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and show the Chinese culture in the Olympic Games.The limiting factors include climate restrictions,geographic restrictions,professional restrictions and cost restrictions.Suggetions:We should construct a technical support system with new type,construct a coordinated development system for cities and regions with networking,construct a system of public participation in sports events with softening,construct ice and snow equipment and talent support system with nationalization and localization.
