摘要
低压配电台区三相不平衡现象日益严重,给电网的稳定运行带来了许多不利影响。利用固态智能换相开关无触点、导通和关断能力强的特点,代替传统机械开关,并基于固态智能换相开关提出了分布式固态智能换相开关一体机的概念,利用粒子群算法建立了三相不平衡优化模型。经过MATLAB仿真验证,治理方案在保证了供电稳定性的同时拥有较好的三相不平衡治理效果,并且解决了数据采集与换相命令之间的远程通信问题,对于三相不平衡的治理有着重要作用。
The phenomenon of three-phase unbalance in low-voltage distribution station area becomes more and more serious,which brings many adverse effects to the stable operation of power grid.The solid state intelligent phase-change switch with the characteristics of no contact,strong on and off ability was used to replace the traditional mechanical switch,Based on the solid-state intelligent phase-change switch,the concept of distributed solid-state intelligent phase-change switch integrated machine was proposed,and the three-phase unbalance optimization model was established by using particle swarm optimization algorithm.Through MATLAB simulation verification,the governance scheme not only ensures the power supply stability,but also has a good effect of three-phase unbalanced governance,and solves the problem of remote communication between data acquisition and phase-change command,which plays an important role in the governance of three-phase unbalance.
