低压配电网三相不平衡治理及工程化应用节能降损研究 被引量:1

Research on Energy Saving and Loss Reduction Based on Three Phase Unbalance Regulation of Low-voltage Distribution Network and Its Application in Engineering

摘要 电力配网多为单相负荷,负荷运行时间上的差异性以及分布不均导致三相不平衡,三相不平衡不仅造成变压器出力不足,过载损坏,主要造成线损增大。提出采用三相负荷不平衡自动调节装置,该装置基于电力电子技术,应用先进的控制策略,能有效改善电力配网存在的三相不平衡问题以及无功和谐波问题。该装置不仅使不平衡度降低明显,同时可消除零线电流,具有良好的技术效应和经济效应,同时提出一种工程化安装选点方法,在解决三相不平衡问题的前提下,使得节能降损实现最优化。 The power distribution network for single-phase load, load running time difference and uneven distribution in three-phase unbalanced three-phase unbalanced transformer not only caused by the insufficient output, overload damage, mainly caused by the loss. The three-phase unbalanced load automatic regulating device, the device based on power electronic technology, the application of advanced control strategy, can effectively improve the power distribution of three phase unbalance and reactive power and harmonic problem. The device not only makes the unbalance degree decreased obviously, at the same time can eliminate the zero line current, has good effect and economic effect, and puts forward a project to install location method, to solve the unbalanced problem under the premise of making energy saving to realize the optimization of loss reduction.
