摘要
为解决主动配电网中系统功率和电压波动等问题,在储能系统中引入虚拟储能,提出一种配网源荷协同区域稳定控制策略。首先采用双层源荷协同控制策略,上层控制采用分布式发电与储能系统的协调,下层控制基于蓄电池和虚拟储能的动态特性进行协同优化控制。然后建立源荷储系统优化配置模型,并寻求最优协同控制方案。最后通过算例验证了所提源荷协同控制策略的正确性和有效性。
In order to solve such problems as system power and voltage fluctuation in the active distribution network,virtual energy storage was introduced into the energy storage system and a strategy for steady control of the source-load coordinated region was proposed for the distribution network.Firstly,a two-layer source-load coordinated control strategy was selected,with the upper layer control adopting coordination between distributed power generation and energy storage system and the lower layer performing optimized coordination control based on the dynamic characteristics of batteries and virtual energy storage.Then,an optimal configuration model was established for the source-load-storage system,and an optimal coordination control scheme was sought.Finally,the correctness and validity of the proposed source-load coordinated control strategy was verified through an example.
