摘要
交流电机变频调速系统已经在工农业生产中得到了广泛的应用,但是大部分的变频调速系统采用了能耗制动的方式,造成了能量的巨大浪费。采用超级电容器储能的节能系统,能够在电机制动时回收制动能量,从而实现了能量的节约。提出一种基于规则的能量管理方法,根据变频调速系统中直流母线的电压来决定超级电容器储能的节能系统的工作状态。采用PSIM仿真软件分析超级电容器储能的节能系统在变频调速系统中的作用。实验中采用一个可编程控制的电机来代替实际的负载。仿真和实验结果都表明,超级电容器储能的节能系统能够在电机制动时回收制动能量,从而验证了这种节能方案的可行性和基于规则的能量管理方法的有效性。
AC motor variable frequency speed regulation system has been widely used in industrial and agricultural production. Unfortunately, most of them adopt energy consumption brake, which lead to large energy waste. Supercapacitor based energy saving system can absorb the braking energy when motor decelerate, which achieve energy saving. The rule based energy management strategy was presented. This energy management strategy decides the working state of the energy saving system by DC bus voltage of the variable frequency speed regulation system. The role of the supercapacitor based energy saving system in variable frequency speed regulation system had been analyzed by PSIM software. The actual load has been replaced by a programmed controllable machine in experiment. The simulation and experiment result verify the feasibility of the energy saving scheme and the validity of the rule based energy management strategy.
