摘要
目的探讨雷火灸对2型糖尿病患者血糖和周围神经病变的影响。方法选择2型糖尿病患者80例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和雷火灸组,每组40例,2组均给予降糖、降压、调脂治疗,应用营养神经药物(甲钴胺和硫辛酸),雷火灸组在对照组基础上应用雷火灸治疗,观察2组血糖和周围神经定量(CPT)测定。结果对照组组总有效率为72.5%;雷火灸组总有效率为85.0%;雷火灸组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组空腹及餐后血糖比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组SDBG、LAGE、PPGE较治疗前有改善(P<0.05),治疗后2组患者SDBG、LAGE、PPGE差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后左侧、右侧正中神经/尺神经,左侧、右侧腓肠神经与治疗前比较周围神经电流阈值即CPT值均有所降低(P<0.05),且治疗后雷火灸组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷火灸对2型糖尿病患者血糖影响较小,可以进一步改善患者血糖波动情况和周围神经病变。
Objective To investigate the effects of thunder-fire moxibustion on the blood glucose and peripheral nerves in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Eighty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in both groups were given hypoglycemic,antihypertensive,lipid-lowering treatment,with nutritional nerve drugs(mecobalamin and thioctic acid),on this basis,the patients in observation group were treated by thunder-fire moxibustion.The blood glucose levels and peripheral nerves detection(CPT)were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group was 85.0%,which was significantly higher than that(72.5%)in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there were no significant differences in fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose between the two roups(P>0.05).After treatment the SDBG,LAGE,and PPGE in both two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in SDBG,LAGE,and PPGE between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the CPT values in left and right median nerves/ulnar nerves,and the left and right sural nerves in both groups were significantly decreased,moreover,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Thunder-fire moxibustion has less effect on blood glucose of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,which can further improve blood glucose fluctuation and peripheral neuropathy of patients.
