摘要
如今在混凝土中的生产制造中,适当的掺入一定比例的矿粉以及粉煤灰已经很常见,其首要的目的就是可以优化混凝土的各项性能指标,其次这种双掺技术还可以大大地节约混凝土的生产制造成本。于是掺量的具体数值如何确定才能同时满足提高性能和降低成本的要求,这就成为了设计制造中的研究方向但。经过笔者的大量研究以及分析,再加上基于正交试验的结果分析,在本文中展示了笔者建立了双掺粉煤灰和矿粉的数学模型,这样就能为成本的控制提供量化的依据。
Nowadays,in the production and manufacturing of concrete,it is very common to appropriately mix certain proportion of mineral powder and fly ash.Its primary purpose is to optimize the performance indexes of concrete.Secondly,this double-mixing technology can greatly save the production and manufacturing cost of concrete.Therefore,how to determine the specific value of admixture to meet the requirements of improving performance and reducing cost at the same time,which has become the research direction in design and manufacturing.After a lot of research and analysis by the author,coupled with the result analysis based on the orthogonal experiment,this paper shows that the author has established a mathematical model of double fly ash and mineral powder,which can provide a quantitative basis for the cost control.
