耦合显热回收过程的Shell气流床粉煤气化过程模拟研究 被引量:2

摘要 为优化Shell气化炉的气化性能,利用Aspen Plus软件建立了Shell气流床粉煤气化过程的平衡模型,包括热解、燃烧、气化、冷煤气激冷与废热锅炉显热回收4个模块,研究了氧煤比和水蒸气煤比对Shell气化炉气化性能的影响。结果表明:随着氧煤比的增加,H_(2)和CH_(4)含量降低,CO_(2)含量先缓慢增加后快速增加,CO含量和冷煤气效率呈现先增加后减小的趋势;随着水蒸气煤比的增加,H_(2)和CO_(2)含量增加,CO和CH_(4)含量下降,冷煤气效率先迅速增加而后缓慢下降;神府煤最佳的氧煤比和水蒸气煤比分别为0.86和0.05。 To optimize the gasification performance of Shell gasifier,the balance model of Shell entrained-flow pulverized coal gasification process was established by using Aspen Plus software.Four modules were mainly investigated,including pyrolysis,combustion,gasification,cold gas chilling and sensible heat recovery of waste heat boiler.The impacts of oxygen/coal ratio and steam/coal ratio on the gasification performance of Shell gasifier were investigated.The results show that with the increase of oxygen/coal ratio,the concentration of H_(2)and CH_(4)decreases,the concentration of CO_(2)increases slowly and then increases rapidly.The concentration of CO and cold gas efficiency increase first and then decrease.With the increase of steam/coal ratio,the concentration of H_(2)and CO_(2)increases,the concentration of CO and CH_(4)decreases,the efficiency of cold gas increases rapidly and then decreases slowly.The optimal ratio of oxygen/coal and steam/coal of Shenfu coal is 0.86 and 0.05 respectively.
