摘要
介绍了粉煤气化工艺中不同类型的干煤粉输送方式;对比了分别采用锥部流化板输送方式和顶部出料输送方式时煤管线密度变化的情况;分析了采用顶部出料输送方式时煤流量的变化情况及其优缺点;简述了中下部出料输送方式的特点。结果表明:①采用顶部出料输送方式时的煤流量较锥部流化板方式更为稳定;②采用中下部出料输送方式可避免煤管线的形变。
Author has introduced the conveying mode of dry pulverized coal for different kind in pulverized coal gasification process ; has compared the varying situation of density in coal pipe pipeline when fluidized plate conveying mode at conical portion and the conveying mode discharged at top were separately adopted ; has analyzed the varying situation of coal flow rate in case of adopting conveying mode discharged at top, and its advantages and short- ages ; has briefly described the characteristic for conveying mode discharged at middle/lower portions. Result indicates that: ( 1 ) The coal flow rate in case of adopting conveying mode discharged at top is more stable than that in case of fluidized plate conveying mode at conical portion;( 2 )Adopting conveying mode discharged at middle/lower portions can avoid the deformation of coal pipeline.
