摘要
以微晶纤维素为改性材料,探究微晶纤维素在不同掺量下对磷建筑石膏力学性能及耐水性能影响,并对其水化产物及微观形貌进行分析。结果表明,微晶纤维素掺量为0.09%时,磷建筑石膏基复合材料的绝干抗折强度、绝干抗压强度、软化系数最优,分别为4.75 MPa、17.65 MPa、0.61,较空白组分别增加36.5%、31.2%、29.8%,吸水率达到最优值18.36%,较空白组降低18.62%。适量微晶纤维素掺入到磷建筑石膏中,能促进磷建筑石膏水化及填充二水石膏晶体的内部空隙,使磷建筑石膏内部结构更加密实,提高磷建筑石膏的力学性能及耐水性。
Taking microcrystalline cellulose as modified material,the influence of microcrystalline cellulose dosage on the mechanical properties and water resistance of phosphorousous building gypsum was investigated,and the hydration products and micro-morphology were analyzed.The results show that when the microcrystalline cellulose content is 0.09%,the absolute dry flexural strength and compressive strength,softening coefficient and water absorption of the composite are 4.75 MPa,17.65 MPa,0.61 and 18.36%,respectively,compared with blank group,the absolute dry flexural strenghth and compressive strengh,softening coefficient increased by 36.5%,31.2%and 29.8%,respectively,its water absorption rate decreased by 18.62%.An appropriate amount of microcrystalline cellulose can promote the hydration of phosphorous building gypsum and fill the internal gap of dihydrate gypsum crystal,make the internal structure of phosphorous building gypsum more dense,improve the mechanical properties and water resistance of phosphorous building gypsum.
