基于集合覆盖模型的京津冀工业再生资源设施点选址优化研究

摘要 基于京津冀协同发展视角下三地再生资源产业协同发展的内在需求,探讨京津冀地区工业再生资源综合利用设施点选址优化问题.应用集合覆盖模型,以工业固体废弃物配送时间最短和总成本最低为目标,建立工业再生资源综合利用设施点的多目标选址优化模型,并结合遗传算法求解模型,识别能够全面覆盖京津冀区域工业再生资源综合利用设施结点位置,为京津冀工业再生资源综合利用设施选址规划提供有益参考. Based on the intrinsic demand for the coordinated development of the renewable resources industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from the perspective of coordinated development.this article explores the optimization of facility site selection for industrial renewable resources in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Applying the Set covering model,aiming at the shortest distribution time and the lowest total cost of industrial solid waste,the article establishes a multi-objective location optimization model for the comprehensive utilization facilities of industrial renewable resources and combines the genetic algorithm to solve the model,identifies the location of the comprehensive utilization facilities of the industrial renewable resources in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and provides a useful reference for the site selection planning of the comprehensive utilization facility of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industrial renewable resources.
