摘要
虽然目前经济一直在不断快速发展,但是经济的发展在某种程度上是以牺牲环境为代价。因此,必须要加强对环境应急能力的建设,但是目前由于企业环境的整体应急能力相对比较弱,职能部门自身的行政能力也有赖提升,这些问题如果无法得到妥善处理,那么势必会直接威胁到环境应急能力的建设。该文对此进行分析,在这一基础上,提出有针对性的解决对策,对环境保护工作保障体系进行不断完善和优化,以此实现对环境的保护。
Although the economy has been developing rapidly at present,the economic development is at the expense of the environment to some extent.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of environmental emergency response capabilities.However,because the overall emergency response capabilities of the corporate environment are relatively weak,the administrative capabilities of the functional departments themselves also need to be improved.If these issues cannot be properly handled,they will inevitably directly threaten the building of environment emergency response capacity.This article analyzes this and proposes targeted countermeasures to continuously improve and optimize the environmental protection work guarantee system on this basis so as to realize the protection of the environment.
