摘要
在当前突发事件频繁发生的社会,我国已经建立了突发事件的应急管理机制,并且取得显著成效,但仍存在一些问题。突发事件应急管理体制的应重点建设符合"小政府、大社会"理念的以民间组织社会发展为基础的"政府主导、社会参与的管理体制";建议设立应急管理学院,培训和组建专业应急队伍。
Emergency happens frequently in the society now.System for dealing with emergency has been established in China.The system works well,however,there are some problems about it.The system should center on the conception of " small government and big society",set up an administrative system led by government and all society involved in,and be based on developing non-governmental organizations.The author suggests an institute for dealing with emergency be established to train professionals.
