摘要
本文通过分析地下综合管廊项目在成本管理与控制过程中存在的问题,提出将BIM技术应用到地下综合管廊项目成本管控中,结合项目在设计阶段、采购阶段及施工阶段的成本管控重难点,探讨采取信息化手段,精细化设计、动态调整采购计划和优化施工管理,以期在项目进行过程中有效地对地下管廊项目的成本进行管控。
This paper analyzes the problems of cost management and control process in the underground integrated pipeline gallery project.The BIM technology is applied to the cost control of the underground integrated pipeline gallery project.Combining the difficulties of the design phase,the procurement phase and the construction phase in the project cost control,using of information technology in refining design,dynamic adjustment of procurement plans and optimization of construction management was discussed.It is hoped for effectively control the cost of the underground pipe gallery project during the project.
