摘要
犬胰腺炎(pancreatitis)是临床常见的消化系统疾病之一,近年来该病的发病率和死亡率居高不下,但目前尚缺乏特异性和有效的治疗方法。随着国内外基础研究与临床试验的不断深入,越来越多的中草药被用于胰腺炎的治疗。因此,文章对中草药治疗胰腺炎的相关文献进行总结回顾,分别阐述中药复方及单方治疗胰腺炎的临床应用效果,同时从调节胰腺分泌功能、抗炎、抗氧化、抑制细胞内Ca2+超载、促进微循环等方面综述了中草药治疗胰腺炎的潜在作用机制,以期结合临床研究筛选出适合治疗犬胰腺炎的中草药,为临床相关治疗提供理论依据。
Canine Pancreatitis is one of clinical common digestive system disease, characterized by high morbidity and mortality in recent years, however, it is lack of specificity and effective treatment. With the deepening of the basic research and clinical trials at home and abroad, a growing number of Chinese herbal medicine have been reported for the treatment of pancreatitis. Therefore, this paper summarized and reviewed the literature on treatment of pancreatitis with Chinese herbal medicine. The traditional Chinese medicine compound and monotherapy in the treatment of pancreatitis was described respectively. Meanwhile, the potential mechanism of Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of pancreatitis was reviewed in terms of anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, inhibition of intracellular Ca2+ overload and promotion of microcirculation, in order to combine clinical research to select suitable Chinese herbal medicine for the treatment of canine pancreatitis to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment.
