新疆地产植物油中维生素E和β-胡萝卜素的含量检测 被引量:4

摘要 目的测定并分析新疆地产不同品种食用植物油中维生素E和β-胡萝卜素的含量,为居民选择植物油提供膳食参考。方法样品经皂化、萃取、浓缩后,以高效液相色谱C18柱分离,维生素E(VE)和β-胡萝卜素的流动相分别为纯甲醇、二氯甲烷/甲醇(15/85),流速均为1.0 ml/min,检测波长分别为294 nm和450 nm。结果28份植物油中,除1份外,其他均检出VE,其中以红花籽油含量最高(36.70 mg/100 g)、亚麻子油含量最低(1.24 mg/100 g);28份植物油中,仅8份检出β-胡萝卜素,以菜籽油含量最高(145.00μg/100 g)、亚麻子油含量最低(55.50μg/100 g)。结论植物油中含有丰富的VE和适量的β-胡萝卜素,不同种类植物油中VE和β-胡萝卜素含量差别较大;居民应选择不同种类的植物油,以从中摄取适量的VE和β-胡萝卜素。 Objective To detect and analyze the content of vitamin E and beta-carotene in different varieties of edible vegetable oils produced in Xinjiang,and provide dietary reference for residents choosing vegetable oil.Methods After saponification,extraction and concentration,the samples were separated by high-performance liquid chromatography C18 column,the mobile phases for vitamin E(VE)and beta-carotene were pure methanol and dichloromethane/methanol(15/85),respectively,with both flow rates of 1.0 ml/min,and the wavelength of detection of 294 nm and 450 nm,respectively.Results Out of the 28 samples of vegetable oil,VE were detected,except for one sample,with the highest content in safflower oil(36.70 mg/100 g)and the lowest in linseed oil(1.24 mg/100 g);the beta-carotene were detected in 8 samples,with the highest content in rapeseed oil(145.00μg/100 g)and the lowest in linseed oil(55.50μg/100 g).Conclusions VE and beta-carotene are rich in vegetable oil,but the content in varieties of edible vegetable oil are quite different.People should choose different kind of vegetable oil for absorbing proper amount of VE and beta-carotene.
