摘要
在党的十九届五中全会闭幕之际,国内40多位流通领域的主管领导,知名专家、学者及企业代表,齐聚中国社会科学院,探讨构建“双循环”新格局和建设现代流通体系。围绕“十四五”规划,构建现代流通体系,需要明确构建现代流通体系“三明确一重点”的基本要求,探讨现代流通体系的发展趋势和规律。建设现代流通体系,需要厘清建设的思路、方式、主要内容和顺利推进的条件,研判现代流通发展呈现的融合、数字化、智能化、内外一体化、统一规划等趋势。面对现代流通体系中的线上线下关系、大数据应用创新、智能化应用、商业资源闲置等问题,学者们提出了具有针对性的对策建议。
At the closing of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,more than 40 domestic leaders,well-known experts,scholars and business representatives from the circulation basin gathered at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences to discuss the construction of a new“Dual Circulation”pattern for a modern circulation system.To build up a modern circulation system under the“14th Five-Year Plan”,it is necessary to clarify the basic requirements for the construction of a modern circulation system with“Three Definitions and One Focus”,and to explore the development trends and laws of the modern circulation system.To build up a modern circulation system,it is necessary to clarify the construction paths,methods,main contents and conditions for smooth progress,and to study and judge the integration,digitalization,intelligence,internal and external integration,unified planning and other trends in the development of modern circulation.Facing the problems of online and offline relationships in the modern circulation system,innovation in big data application,intelligent application,and idle business resources,scholars have put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
