摘要
介绍了新工科背景下校企协同育人教学质量保障体系构建的意义:通过实践化的课程体系把岗位中的细节要求以及对相关人才标准化的需求都巧妙融入到课程中,贴近学生的实际需求,解决与工作要求脱节等问题,实现就业合理化。提出了具体的实践策略:以实习基地为主,创新人才培养机制,提高人才培养质量,培养学生的创新创业意识,以学生为主体,创新教学方法,整合校企资源。新工科背景下,高校专业越来越多样化,需不断加强校企合作力度,推动学生的实践能力不断提高。
The research introduces the significance of construction of teaching quality guarantee system of school and enterprise education under the background of new engineering.We can ingeniously integrate the detail requirement and the demands of talent standardization of practical course system into the course,adhere to the practical demand of the students,solve the problems of the disjoint of work environment,and achieve employment rationalization.Specific practical strategies are proposed,i.e.to take practice base as the principal thing,innovate talent training mechanism,improve talent training quality,train student innovation and enterprise consciousness,take students as the center,innovate teaching method,and integrate school-enterprise resource.Under the background of new engineering,the majors of colleges and universities become more and more diversified.We need to continuously strengthen school-enterprise cooperation,and promote the continuous improvement of student practical ability.
