摘要
在教育部和各级政府的政策引导下,河北水利电力学院对面向应用型水利类人才的培养模式进行了积极探索与试验。以立德树人为根本任务,围绕学生为主体,以应用型教育为导向,多元主体协同育人,在理论、实践和第二课堂教学、科技创新创业、校园文体活动等模块开展改革创新。融入信息化教学、项目化教学、产业需求导向教学和思政育人的理念,对人才培养模式、双师型师资队伍、工程教育认证体系、教学改革、教学质量等进行量化、评价、监督,培养学生的通识与专业素养能力、学习能力、实操能力、综合职业能力、创新能力和可持续发展能力,形成了应用型本科人才“一任务、二基础、三模块、四融入、五维度、六能力”的多元主体、全方位协同育人模式,为中国其他应用型本科高校专业建设、人才培养及新工科建设提供引导及借鉴。
Under the policy guidance of the Ministry of Education and governments at all levels,Hebei University of Water Resources and Electric Power Engineering has actively explored and experimented with the training mode for applied water conservancy talents.Taking moral education as the fundamental task,centered around students as the main body,guided by application-oriented education,and coordinated education with multiple subjects,we carry out reform and innovation in modules such as theory,practice,second classroom teaching,technological innovation and entrepreneurship,and campus cultural and sports activities.Integrating the concepts of information technology teaching,project-based teaching,industry demand oriented teaching,and ideological and political education,quantifying,evaluating,and supervising talent cultivation models,dual teacher teams,engineering education certification systems,teaching reforms,and teaching quality,cultivating students'general and professional literacy abilities,learning abilities,practical abilities,comprehensive professional abilities,innovation abilities,and sustainable development abilities.It has formed a multi subject and all-round collaborative education mode of"one task,two foundations,three modules,four integration,five dimensions and six abilities"for application-oriented undergraduate talents,providing guidance and reference for the professional construction,talent training and new engineering construction of other application-oriented undergraduate universities in China.
