摘要
为了分析某铅锌矿选厂铅锌损失的原因,以便提高选矿指标,对生产流程的主要产品进行了工艺矿物学研究。通过化学分析、物相分析、MLA、偏光显微镜观察等手段,查明原矿元素组成、矿物组成,现有流程磨矿分级溢流、高碳产品、铅精矿、锌精矿和尾矿中目的矿物的粒度和解离、连生情况。并依据工艺矿物学研究结果,对生产流程存在的问题和改进方向进行了探讨,为提升选矿技术指标提供了参考。
In order to evaluate the cause of lead-zinc loss in a lead-zinc ore separation plant and im⁃prove the ore dressing index,the main products of the production process were researched on mineralogy.By using chemical analysis,phase analysis,MLA,polarizing microscope and so on,the mineral elements and composition of raw ore were ascertain,particle size and dissociation of the target minerals in the existing process,such as grinding classification overflow,high carbon products,lead concentrate,zinc concentrate and tailings.Combined with the research results of process mineralogy,the problems existing in the produc⁃tion process and the improvement direction are discussed,which provides a reference for improving the technical indexes of beneficiation.
