摘要
针对"北粮南运"散粮集装箱运输过程中质量安全管理缺失的现状,首次引入HACCP体系,对运输过程中的各个环节可能产生的危害粮食安全的因素进行全面分析,评估得出风险值,根据风险值大小确定是否为关键控制点,对每一个关键控制点制订出相应的控制措施和适当的监测方法,同时监测控制效果,并不断对控制方法进行修正和补充完善,以确保粮食在集装箱运输过程中的质量安全。
In view of the lack of quality and safety management in the process of bulk grain containers transporting from the North to the South,HACCP system was introduced for the first time,at the same time analyzed the factors that may endanger grain security in every link of transportation process and assessed the risk value,determined whether it was a critical control point according to the risk value,also worked out corresponding control measures and appropriated monitoring methods for each critical control point,simultaneously monitored the effect,meanwhile,the control methods were constantly revised and supplemented in order to ensure the safety of grain in the container transport process.
