摘要
本试验旨在探讨饲粮中添加果胶寡糖是否可以缓解氧化饲粮对断奶大鼠空肠与肝脏组织形态和抗氧化能力的负面影响。试验选取18只平均体重约为47.32 g、健康的21日龄断奶Wistar大鼠,随机分为3个组(n=6),分别饲喂正常饲粮、氧化饲粮和添加200 mg/kg果胶寡糖的氧化饲粮,试验期为21 d。结果表明:氧化饲粮中酸价和过氧化值较正常饲粮提高,添加果胶寡糖可降低氧化饲粮的酸价和过氧化值,且果胶寡糖对2,2′-联氮-二(3-乙基-苯并噻唑-6-磺酸)二铵盐(ABTS+)自由基具有一定的清除能力;与饲喂正常饲粮相比,饲喂氧化饲粮显著降低了断奶大鼠的体增重和采食量(P<0.05),显著降低了空肠和肝脏中总超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性和总抗氧化能力(P<0.05),显著提高了空肠和肝脏中丙二醛含量(P<0.05),并造成断奶大鼠的空肠和肝脏组织发生了不同程度的病理变化;而与饲喂氧化饲粮相比,饲喂添加果胶寡糖的氧化饲粮显著改善了断奶大鼠的体增重和采食量(P<0.05),显著提高了空肠和肝脏中总抗氧化能力和总超氧化物歧化酶活性(P<0.05),显著降低了空肠和肝脏中丙二醛含量(P<0.05),并显著缓解了断奶大鼠空肠和肝脏组织结构的损伤。综上所述,在氧化饲粮中添加果胶寡糖可改善氧化饲粮引起的断奶大鼠生长性能下降及空肠和肝脏组织结构损伤,而这一作用可能与其提高机体抗氧化能力有关。
This experiment was conducted to determine whether pectic oligosaccharide(POS)administration could alleviate the negative effect of oxidized diet on antioxidant capacity and histomorphology in jejunum and liver of weaned rats.Eighteen Wistar rats weaned at 21 days of age(approximate average weight was 47.32 g)were allotted into 3 groups(n=6)fed by normal diet,oxidized diet and oxidized diet with 200 mg/kg POS for 21 d.The results showed that acid value and peroxide value in oxidized diet were increased while POS administration,to some extent,decreased acid value and peroxide value in oxidized diet,and POS had high 2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid)(ABTS+)radical scavenging ability.Compared with normal diet,feeding oxidized diet significantly decreased the body weight gain and feed intake(P<0.05),significantly decreased the total superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase activities and total antioxidant capacity of jejunum and liver(P<0.05),significantly decreased the malondialdehyde content of jejunum and liver(P<0.05),and lead to the histomorphology damage of jejunum and liver in weaned rats.Compared with oxidized diet,adding POS into the oxidized diet,to some extent,significantly improved the negative effect of oxidized diet on body weight gain and feed intake(P<0.05),significantly increased the total antioxidant capacity and total superoxide dismutase activity of jejunum and liver(P<0.05),significantly decreased the malondialdehyde content of jejunum and liver(P<0.05),and relieved the histomorphology damage of jejunum and liver in weaned rats.These results suggest that adding pectic oligosaccharide into the oxidized diet can attenuate the oxidized diet-induced decrease of growth performance and damage of jejunum and liver histomorphology in weaned rats,which can be associated with the improvement of antioxidant capacity stimulated by POS.
