摘要
以构树叶为原料,采用碱液浸提法同时提取蛋白和多糖。通过单因素试验和正交试验研究了不同因素对提取效果的影响。结果表明,碱液浓度、浸提时间、浸提温度、液料比、pH值对提取效果影响显著,最优工艺参数的碱液浓度为1%,浸提时间为5h,浸提温度为70℃,液料比为35∶1,pH值为3,在此条件下,蛋白提取得率达59.59%,多糖提取得率达28.39%。
Simultaneous extraction of protein and polysaccharide from Broussonetia papyrifera leaves by alkali extraction was studied. By single factor and orthogonal test the optimum conditions were as follows： the alkali concentration 1%,extraction time 5h, extraction temperature 70℃, the liquid-solid ratio 35∶1, pH 3. By the above conditions, the extraction yield of protein 59.59%, and the extraction yield of polysaccharide was 28.39%.
