摘要
目的探讨带状疱疹患者血清前列腺素E2(PGE2)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及病毒载量与病情严重程度的相关性。方法选取2016年1月至2019年1月我院收治的80例带状疱疹患者为研究组,根据病情严重程度进一步将患者分为轻度组(20例),中度组(50例),重度组(10例)。同时选取同期体检的80例健康者为对照组。采用ELISA法检测各组对象血清PGE2、IL-6、TNF-α水平,采用实时荧光定量PCR(RT-PCR)检测带状疱疹病毒(VZV)载量水平,分析带状疱疹患者血清PGE2、IL-6、TNF-α及病毒载量与病情严重程度的相关性。结果研究组患者血清PGE2、IL-6、TNF-α水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。与轻度组相比,中度组和重度组患者血清PGE2、IL-6、TNF-α水平和VZV载量升高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。与中度组相比,重度组患者血清PGE2、IL-6、TNF-α水平和VZV载量升高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,带状疱疹患者PGE2(r=2.461,P=0.039)、IL-6(r=2.342,P=0.035)、TNF-α水平(r=2.242,P=0.031)和VZV载量(r=3.243,P=0.021)与疾病严重程度呈正相关。结论带状疱疹患者血清PGE2、IL-6、TNF-α及病毒载量均与病情严重程度密切相关,在病情评估中具有重要临床意义。
Objective To investigate the correlation between prostaglandin E2(PGE2), interleukin-6(IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), varicella-zoster virus(VZV) load and the severity of disease in patients with herpes zoster. Method A total of 80 patients with herpes zoster admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were enrolled as the observation group. According to the disease severity, the patients were further divided into mild group(20 cases), moderate group(50 cases) or severe group(10 cases). Eighty healthy people were selected as the control group. The levels of serum PGE2, IL-6 and TNF-α were detected using ELISA, and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCP(RT-PCR) was used to detect the viral load of herpes zoster virus(VZV). The correlation between serum PGE2, IL-6, TNF-α, viral load and the severity of the disease was analyzed. Results The levels of PGE2, IL-6, TNF-α and VZV DNA in the observation group were higher than in the control group(all P<0.05);those in the severe group and moderate group were higher than in the mild group respectively(all P<0.05);those in the severe group were higher than in the moderate group respectively(all P<0.05). The levels of PGE2(r=2.461, P=0.039), IL-6(r=2.342, P=0.035), TNF-α(r=2.242, P=0.031) and VZV DNA(r=3.243, P=0.021) were positively related with the severity of disease in patients with herpes zoster. Conclusion The levels of serum PGE2, IL-6, TNF-α and VZV DNA in herpes zoster patients are closely related to the severity of herpes zoster, and they have important clinical significance in the assessment of the disease.
