摘要
高等教育范式正在以教师教学为中心向以学生学习为中心转换,本科教学评价越来越注重学生经历和体验,国内以教为中心的教学评价亟待改进,开发以学生为中心、基于学生体验的课程教学质量评价工具具有重要的现实意义。美国本科教育质量评估工具"全美大学生学习投入调查"(NSSE)、清华大学"中国大学生学习与发展追踪研究"(CCSS),从学生就读经历和体验的视角,为这一工作提供了新的视角和借鉴。本研究参考NSSE、CCSS量表,设计了基于学生体验的本科课程教学质量评价问卷,通过探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析,验证了问卷的课程挑战度、教学组织的有效性、师生互动水平、主动与合作学习水平、学习收获等五个因子,共23个题项,具有良好的信度和效度,可以作为本科课程教学质量评价工具使用。
It is of great practical significance to develop a student-centered teaching quality evaluation tool based on student experience.This study designed the undergraduate teaching quality evaluation questionnaire based on America National Survey of Student Engagement(NSSE),China College Student Survey(CCSS).Through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,it is verified that there are five factors and twenty-three items in the questionnaire,including the degree of curriculum challenge,the effectiveness of teaching organization,the level of teacher-student interaction,the level of active and cooperative learning,and the learning gain,and has high reliability and validity.It can be used as a teaching quality evaluation tool for undergraduate courses.
