摘要
我国在推行免费家庭医生签约服务改革中效果不佳,"签而不约"问题频出,反观有偿签约服务倍受欢迎。文章基于当前家庭医生签约服务面临的全科医生数量不足、家庭医生内在激励不足、免费签约服务内容单一等现状,以X社区家庭医生有偿服务为例,分别从供需双方角度对"有偿服务"可行性进行分析,进而对我国家庭医生签约服务的深入发展,分别从政府顶层设计、行政主管部门、社区卫生服务中心、家庭医生及居民等多个层面提出建议。
The implementation of free contracted family doctor services in China is not effective,and the phenomenon of"signing but not appointing"frequently occurs.On the other hand,paid contracted services are very popular.Based on the current problems of contracted family doctor services,i.e.inadequate number of general practitioners,lack of internal motivation among family doctors,and monotonous content of free contracted services,this paper takes the paid services of family doctors in X community as an example,analyzes the feasibility of"paid services"from the perspective of both supply and demand sides,and then puts forward suggestions on the in-depth development of contracted family doctor services in China from the perspectives of top-level design of the authority,administrative departments,community health service centers,family doctors and residents.
