摘要
加强医院设施设备管理、优化医院设施设备管理手段、保障医院设施设备高效运行是新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间医院后勤服务管理的重点对象和基础环节。根据医院管理实践,从启动设施设备保障应急管理机制、隔离病房应急改造、空调通风系统应急管理、传递窗应急改造、污水处理设施应急改造、设施设备保障队伍建设等角度总结新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间医院设施设备管理举措和防控经验,并提出优化改进意见,为医院决策者和相关管理人员提供实践经验与理论参考。
The key objectives and basic links of hospital logistics management during the outbreak of COVID-19 include strengthening the management of hospital facilities and equipment,optimizing the management methods of hospital facilities and equipment,and ensuring the efficient operation of hospital facilities and equipment.This paper summarizes the hospital facilities and equipment management measures and prevention and control experience during the COVID-19 epidemic from the perspective of starting of the emergency management mechanism of facilities and equipment support,emergency renovation of the air conditioning and ventilation system,emergency development of transfer windows,emergency development of sewage treatment facilities,and team construction of technicians for emergency facilities and equipment maintenance.It also puts forward suggestions for optimization and improvement to provide practical experience and theoretical reference for hospital decision makers and relevant managers.
