摘要
通过武汉某医院的实践发现,在疫情抗争过程中,医务社工的参与,可以协助医护人员开展日常管理,提高医院效率;提供社会支持,精准对接患者需求,协调社区等服务。结合我国医务社工目前发展现状,探讨医务社工在突发公共卫生事件中的作用和意义,摸索出一套能应对突发公共卫生事件的医务社工工作模式。建议建立“平战结合”的社工团队体系,构建快速响应的医务社工信息网络,同时完善医务社工的继续教育制度。
Through the practice of a hospital in Wuhan,it was discovered that during the fight against the epidemic,the participation of medical social workers can assist medical staff in daily management and improve hospital efficiency;provide social support,accurately meet patient needs,and coordinate community services.Combining with the current development status of medical social workers in China,the role and significance of medical social workers in public health emergencies are explored,and a set of medical social workers working models that can respond to public health emergencies are explored.It is recommended to establish a social work team system that“combines peace and war”,build a fast-response medical social work information network,and improve the continuing education system for medical social work.
