摘要
突发新冠肺炎疫情对公共卫生和医院应急管理提出了重大挑战。在后疫情时期,调查发现综合医院应对突发疫情应急管理不同程度存在一些不足,如管理体系不健全、处置流程不规范、培训演练不够、协同联动机制不强、资源配备不足等。通过对综合医院应对突发重大疫情的应急管理现状和因素分析,按照平战结合的原则,探讨建立科学规范、高效有序、协同联动的应急响应机制。
The outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia poses a major challenge to public health and hospital emergency management.In the post epidemic period,the investigation found that there were some deficiencies in the emergency management of general hospitals in different degrees,such as imperfect management system,nonstandard disposal process,insufficient training and drill,weak coordination mechanism,insufficient resource allocation,etc.Based on the analysis of the current situation and factors of emergency management in general hospitals in response to major outbreaks,the establishment of a scientific and standardized,efficient and orderly,coordinated and coordinated emergency response mechanism was discussed in accordance with the principle of combining peacetime and wartime.
