摘要
突发性公共卫生事件应急法律机制关系到人民健康和生命安全、国家的公共安全、社会政治的稳定和国民经济的发展。本文对美国、日本和加拿大相关法律机制进行了探讨,以期能为我国建立突发性公共卫生事件应急反应机制提供可供参考的依据。
Exigent legal systems of against unexpected hygienic incidents have a direct bearing on people＇s health and lives, public safety of our country, social stability and development of national economy. This article analyzes related legal system in USA, Japan and Canada for the establishment of China＇ s exigent legal system against unexpected hygienic incidents
