摘要 新型冠状病毒肺炎的全球流行,各类公共灾害事件的不断发生,时刻都在检验着各国的医疗救援体系的完善性。正确预防、应对及处理各类突发公共事件,不断促使应急医学救援体系与时俱进、科学完善,是医疗卫生系统工作中的关键之一。救援物资管理作为医疗救援工作中的重要组成部分,计划和实施物资管理的合理性对促进灾害医疗救援效果意义重大。本研究根据文献分析法、需求调查法和专家函询法构建出基于NET平台的应急医疗救援物资管理系统模块。利用VisualStudio.Net集成开发环境,结合ASP.NET和ADO.NET技术进行物资管理系统开发;结合无线射频技术、超短距离无线通讯技术、超宽带宽短距离无线通讯技术,实现应急医疗救援物资系统中数据采集、数据分析、数据处理和集中管理及各模块的子模块的管理,从而提高应急救援物资管理能力,缩短应急救援物资准备时间、提高应急物资准备质量,促进灾害应急救援能力和整体水平的全面提升。 The global epidemic of COVID-19 and the continuous occurrence of various public disasters are all testing the perfection of the medical relief systems in various countries.It is one of the keys in the work of medical and health system to correctly prevent,respond to and deal with all kinds of public emergencies and constantly promote the emergency medical rescue system to keep pace with The Times and improve scientifically.As an important part of medical relief work,the rationality of planning and implementing material management is of great significance to promoting the effect of disaster medical relief.According to the methods of literature analysis,demand investigation and expert inquiry,this study constructed the module of emergency medical rescue material management system based on net platform.Using visual studio.Net integrated development environment,combining ASP.NET and ADO.NET technology to develop material management system,combining radio frequency technology,ultra short distance wireless communication technology,ultra wide band and short distance wireless communication technology,to realize data collection,data analysis,data processing and centralized management in emergency medical rescue material system and management of sub modules of each module.So as to improve the management ability of emergency relief materials,shorten the time of emergency relief materials preparation,improve the quality of emergency relief materials preparation,and promote the overall improvement of disaster emergency relief capabilities and the overall level.
