摘要
目的 探讨基于信息化的应急物资管理系统对卫勤保障中物资管理效率及救援任务效能的影响。方法 基于物联网与射频技术构建智能模块化管理平台,结合便携式智能治疗车,实现应急物资的动态化、全流程智能管理(涵盖快速展开、精准定位与实时统计功能)。纳入40名医护人员(专家组:20名具备≥5年卫勤保障经验者;新手组:20名无经验者),通过20次应急演练(每人参与2次),对比传统模式与智能管理模式下的物资准备时间、盘点效率及操作准确性。结果 在物资准备及盘点时间上,新手组物资准备与盘点时间显著长于专家组(P<0.001),而智能模式显著缩短两类人员时间(P<0.001),且对新手组效率提升更显著(交互效应P<0.001),两类人员时间差异较传统模式降低42.3%(P=0.007);在单物品取用效率上,智能模式下专家组与新手组取用时间均较传统模式缩短(P<0.05),其中新手组降幅达68.5%(P<0.001);在操作准确性上新手组智能模式取用错误率较传统模式降低83.6%(P<0.001),专家组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 信息化应急物资管理系统通过模块化智能管理,可显著提升卫勤保障效率,尤其能有效缩小新手与专家执行效能差距,为应急救援标准化管理提供技术参考。
Objective To investigate the impact of an information-based emergency material management system on the efficiency of material management and the effectiveness of rescue missions in medical logistics support.Methods An intelligent modular management platform was constructed using Internet of Things(IoT)and radio frequency(RF)technologies,integrated with portable intelligent treatment carts to achieve dynamic,full-process intelligent management of emergency materials(including rapid deployment,precise positioning,and real-time statistical functions).Forty medical personnel were enrolled(expert group:20 with≥5 years of medical logistics support experience;novice group:20 without experience).Twenty emergency drills(each participant involved in 2 drills)were conducted to compare material preparation time,inventory efficiency,and operational accuracy between traditional and intelligent management modes.Results Material preparation time:Both personnel type and management mode showed significant main effects(all P<0.001).The novice group exhibited significantly longer preparation and inventory times than the expert group(P<0.001).The intelligent mode significantly reduced time for both groups(P<0.001),with a more pronounced efficiency improvement in the novice group(interaction effect P<0.001).The time difference between the two groups decreased by 42.3%compared to the traditional mode(P=0.007).Single-item retrieval efficiency:Under the intelligent mode,retrieval times for both groups were shorter than those under the traditional mode(all P<0.05),with a 68.5%reduction observed in the novice group(P<0.001).Operational accuracy:The error rate in item retrieval for the novice group decreased by 83.6%under the intelligent mode(P<0.001),while no significant difference was observed in the expert group(P>0.05).Conclusion The information-based emergency material management system,through modular intelligent management,significantly enhances medical logistics efficiency and effectively narrows the performance gap between novices and experts,providing technical reference for standardized emergency rescue management.
