摘要
目的探讨输血安全管理中应用失效模式与效应分析(FMEA)的效果。方法采用FMEA方法改进以往输血流程,筛选出5项高风险子流程进行流程改进,并对实施改进前后的风险系数值、输血安全管理评分、红悬液用量、血浆用量进行改进效果比较。结果实施改进后输血安全管理总评分较实施前提高(P<0.05);红悬液用量、血浆用量较实施前降低(P<0.05);各风险系数值较实施前降低(P<0.05)。结论基于FMEA的输血安全管理能保证输血安全管理质量有效提升,同时减少输血量及红悬液用量,输血风险也会随之大幅降低,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)in transfusion safety management.Methods FMEA method was used to improve the previous blood transfusion process,and five high-risk subprocesses were selected for process improvement.The risk coefficient value,blood transfusion safety management score,red suspension dosage and plasma dosage before and after the improvement were compared.Results After the implementation of the improvement,the total score of blood transfusion safety management was increased(P<0.05),the dosage of red suspension and plasma was decreased(P<0.05),and the values of risk factors were decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion Blood transfusion safety management based on FMEA can effectively improve the quality of blood transfusion safety management,reduce the amount of blood transfusion and red suspension,and the risk of blood transfusion will be greatly reduced,which is worthy of promotion.
