摘要
车用燃料电池专用空压机作为电池阴极提供空气的设备,其性能直接决定整个燃料电池系统的效率。对比了几类空压机,发现离心式空压机各方面优势突出,更适合用于车用燃料电池。最后分析了其未来的发展趋势针对车用燃料电池对空压机的特殊要求,指出提高空压机性能的研究方向主要是提升永磁电机的高转速下转子的结构强度和轴承的稳定性,降低空压机的能量损失以及保证空压机良好的散热效果。
The air compressor for special vehicle fuel cell is the equipment which supplies air for the cathode of battery,and its performance directly determines the efficiency of the entire fuel cell system.Comparing several types of air compressors,it is found that centrifugal air compressors have outstanding advantages in all aspects and are more suitable for automotive fuel cells.Finally,future development trend and the special requirements of air compressors for vehicle fuel cells have been analyzed.It is pointed out that the direction of research to improve the performance of air compressor is to improve the structural strength of rotor and the stability of bearing under the high speed of permanent magnet motor.At the same time,reducing the energy loss of air compressor and ensuring the good heat dissipation effect of air compressor are the main research directions as well.
