摘要
在"双碳"目标背景下,氢能产业迎来前所未有的发展机遇,涌现了一批具有行业特色的新兴合作模式和业态。氢能产业合作新模式是未来氢能市场形成的重要组成部分,对新模式的研究有利于研判氢能产业发展方向。本文通过对国内外氢能全产业链的合作新模式进行分析,总结当前合作模式的运行机理,分析了各类模式的优势、劣势及发展前景。结合模式特点及必要元素分析,认为骨干能源企业在能源耦合模式方面具备优越性,大型能源央企或燃料电池龙头企业具备一体化发展模式的明显优势,具备资源调动性的综合性企业可作为氢能生态圈的发起者,拥有氢能核心技术壁垒的企业或科研院所是技术授权的主力,而传统动力系统企业与氢能核心原材供应企业可酌情考虑跨界融合。本文研究结果可为企业开展氢能业务提供参考,支撑氢能产业积极健康发展。
Under the background of“carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”strategy,the hydrogen energy industry has ushered in unprecedented development opportunities, and a number of emerging cooperation modes and formats with industry characteristics have emerged. The new cooperation mode of hydrogen energy industry is an important part of the formation of hydrogen energy market in the future. The research on the new modes is conducive to study and judge the development direction of hydrogen energy industry. By analyzing the new cooperation modes of the whole hydrogen energy industry chain at home and abroad,this article summarizes the operation mechanism of the current cooperation mode,and analyzes the advantages,disadvantages and development prospects of various modes. Combined with the analysis of the characteristics and necessary elements of the mode,this article holds that backbone energy enterprises have advantages in energy coupling mode,large energy enterprises directly under the central government or fuel cell leading enterprises have obvious advantages in integrated development mode,comprehensive enterprises with resource mobilization can be the initiator of hydrogen energy ecosphere, enterprises or scientific research institutes with core technical barriers to hydrogen energy are the main force of technology licensing,and traditional dynamical system enterprises and hydrogen energy core raw material suppliers can consider cross-border integration as appropriate. The research results of this article can provide reference for enterprises to carry out hydrogen energy business and support the positive and healthy development of hydrogen energy industry.
