干式螺杆压缩机壳体水夹层换热性能分析

Heat Transfer Performance Analysis of Inner Wall of Oil-free Screw Compressor Shell under the Cooling of Water Interlayer

摘要 针对带有水夹层壳体的干式螺杆压缩机,腔体内的温度控制是决定压缩机可靠性的关键要素,为了进一步验证水夹层结构的合理性,准确控制进水量,推导了等熵压缩过程中壳体内壁面温度分布计算方法,得到壳体内壁面瞬态及稳态温度分布;建立了冷却水对壳体内壁面的换热计算模型,得到了在不同温度下水夹层冷却效果变化曲线,从而得到了螺杆压缩机壳体内壁面在水夹层冷却作用下的温度分布,为水夹层设计、间隙设计提供参考。 Aiming at the oil-free screw compressor with water interlayer,the key factor to determine the com-pressor reliability is the temperature control in the chamber.In order to verify the reasonability of the water interlayer further and control the inflow of water accurately,the calculation method of the temperature distribution of internal face of the shell was derived,which obtain the transient and steady temperature distributions.The calculation model of heat transfer between cooling water and internal face of the shell was established,which obtained the cooling effect curve of the water interlayer at different temperature.As a result,the temperature distribution of internal face of the screw compressor shell under the cooling effect of water interlayer was obtained,which provides reference for the design of water interlayer and clearance.
