摘要
针对传统蜂窝夹层结构构型单一、共面方向承载性能不足的问题,以蜂窝夹层单胞体积模量最大化为优化目标,建立蜂窝夹层单胞拓扑优化模型,基于能量均匀化理论进行蜂窝夹层单胞等效属性评价,采用改进的优化准则法求解,得到结构边界清晰的类蜂窝夹层单胞,通过有限元仿真得到了所优化类蜂窝夹层结构的静力承载和抗冲击性能,并通过实验测试了所优化夹层结构的力学性能。仿真与实验对比研究表明,拓扑优化方法能有效实现类蜂窝夹层构型的创新设计,所优化的类蜂窝夹层结构在共面方向上承载性能较传统六边形蜂窝夹层结构更优。
Aiming at the problem of single configuration and poor coplanar bearing capacity of traditional honeycombsandwich structure,the topology optimization model of the honeycomb sandwich cell is established with the optimization goal of maximizing the cell bulk modulusFirst,the energy-based homogenization theory is applied to evaluate the effective properties of the honeycomb sandwich cellAn improved optimality criteria(OC)method is used to solve the optimization problem to obtain a honeycomb-like sandwich cell with a crisp structural boundaryThen,the static bearing and anti-impact performance of the optimized honeycomb-like sandwich structure are simulated by the finite element analysis(FEA)Finally,an experiment is also conducted to test the mechanical performance of the optimized honeycomb-like sandwich structureThe simulation and experimental results show that topology optimization is an effective method to innovatively design the honeycomb-like sandwich structure,and the optimized honeycomb-like sandwich structure has superior bearing performance than the traditional hexagonal honeycomb sandwich structure in coplanar directions.
