压裂后井筒产生硫化氢成因分析及治理对策 被引量:2

摘要 由于A区块T1、T2等油井中检测到硫化氢气体,增加了生产及作业施工的风险及难度。通过开展压裂后井筒产生硫化氢成因机理分析,明确了A区块硫化氢产生原因,给出了硫化氢产生的临界条件及防护措施,划分了风险识别区。应用研究成果可以优化指导压裂、检泵、射孔等设计编制,升级管理339井次,降低了施工风险,恢复A区块产油8025 t,也为有毒有害气体治理提供借鉴。 Hydrogen sulfide gas was detected in oil wells T1 and T2 in block A,which increased the risk and difficulty of production and operation.Through the analysis of the formation mechanism of hydrogen sulfide in the wellbore after fracturing,the cause of hydrogen sulfide in block A was clarified,the critical conditions and protective measures for hydrogen sulfide generation were given,and the risk identification area was divided.The application of the research results can optimize and guide the design and preparation of fracturing,pump inspection and perforation,upgrade and manage 339 wells,reduce the construction risk,restore the oil production of 8025 t in block A,and also provide reference for the treatment of toxic and harmful gases.
