摘要
在室内实验测试了5种不同酚类化合物的水基钻井液对H2S的吸收效果,并通过酚类化合物与糖类化合物组配途径,得到了吸收效果较好的新型钻井液H2S吸收剂PCC样品。实验结果表明:PCC吸收剂在水基钻井液中加量为4000mg/L时,可吸收H2S1967.24 mg/L。
In this study,H2S absorbability of 5 different phenolic compounds in water-base drilling fluid has been tested by experiments.Through the collocation of phenolic compound and carbohydrates,a new-type H2S absorbent-PCC with better absorbability has been developed.Testing result shows 1967.24mg/L H2S will be absorbed when the content of PCC in water-base drilling fluid is 4000mg/L.
