纳米气泡气浮应急修复铜离子污染土壤的工艺研究 被引量:3

Emergent Remediation of Copper Ion Contaminated Soil Adopting Nano⁃bubble Air Flotation Technique

摘要 模拟突发含铜离子溶液泄露事件导致土壤重金属污染,基于"硫化-浮选"原理,利用自制纳米气泡气浮装置修复铜离子污染土壤。试验结果表明,若污染土壤中铜离子含量为10 kg/t,当硫酸铵用量30 kg/t、硫化钠用量为其理论值3倍、丁基黄药用量2 500 g/t、2^#油用量1 500 g/t、溶液pH=8.0时,采用一粗一精二扫闭路浮选,获得产率5.03%、铜含量17.92 kg/t的泡沫产品,修复后土壤产率94.97%、铜离子含量0.1 kg/t,土壤中铜离子脱除率为90.17%。采用纳米气泡气浮技术能够快速修复铜离子污染土壤。 By simulating heavy metal contamination cases caused by sudden leakage of solution containing copper ions,a self⁃developed nano⁃bubble air flotation device was used to remediate the contaminated soil based on the sulfurization⁃flotation principle.A closed⁃circuit flowsheet consisting of one stage of roughing,one stage of cleaning and two stages of scavenging was introduced to treat the contaminated soil with copper ion content as 10 kg/t.With ammonium sulfate of 30 kg/t,sodium sulfide triple the theoretically demanded dosage,butyl xanthate of 2500 g/t and 2#oil of 1500 g/t,as well as the pulp pH value of the flotation pulp regulated as 8.0,the foam product with a yield of 5.03%and a copper content of 17.92 kg/t was collected.After the remediation,the soil can have the yield up to 94.97%,and contains just 0.1 kg/t of copper ion,showing the removal rate of copper ion reaching 90.17%.The practice shows that the remediation of the soil contaminated by copper ions can be quickly actualized adopting nano⁃bubble air flotation technique.
