摘要
为了解决湘西金矿沃溪矿区在深部开采存在的采场稳定性差、顶板冒落等一系列问题,采用有限元软件ANSYS与有限差分软件FLAC^(3D)耦合模拟跨度为3 m、4 m、5 m、6 m的4种采场开挖方案,对比各方案应力、位移、塑性区之间的变化,优选出深部采场最优跨度。结果表明,当采场跨度为4 m时,在采场安全稳定的同时采矿效率最大化。研究结果对同类矿山深部采场结构参数选取具有借鉴意义。
In order to solve a series of problems such as poor stope stability and roof fall in the deep mining of the Woxi mining area in Xiangxi Gold Mine,finite element program(ANSYS)and finite difference program(FLAC^(3D))were used for coupled simulation of four stope excavation schemes with spans of 3m,4 m,5 m,and 6 m,respectively.Based on the comparison of the difference in stress,displacement and plastic zone among each scheme,an optimal span for the deep stope was determined.It is found that the stope with the span of 4 m can have the maximized mining efficiency while ensuring safe and stable operation.It is shown that the research results can be taken as reference for selecting structure parameters for the deep stope in the similar mines.
