摘要
运用马克思主义的历史分析法 ,结合我国农村土地制度改革的实践 ,系统地阐述了我国土地制度的演变 ,探索了今后土地制度改革的出路 .在此基础上 ,得出三条重要的启示 :农村土地制度改革必须遵循生产关系一定要适应生产力发展的一般规律 ;促使土地由分散占有到相对集中占有是农村土地制度改革的一条主线 ;
This article expounds systematically the evolution of rural land system since the foundation of P.R.China,mades a study on the way out to the future reform of land system,gets finally three important enlightments:the reform of land system in China must follow the universal law by which the relations of production adapts to productive forces;one key line of the reform lies in changing the form of land being owned separately into concentratedly,relatively;basic trend of the reform is appropriate scale management of land.
