摘要
气血理论是中医学的重要理论之一,用于阐述人体气血相关的生理特点,以及气血运行失常导致疾病的发生、发展的病理机制。气血功能与心的生理功能密切相关,心脏功能正常,可使血液运行周流不息,营养各脏腑组织;气血运行正常,心才能发挥正常的功能。气血理论在心系疾病的诊治中具有重要作用。分别从气血理论在心悸、胸痹、心衰病、眩晕、郁证中的应用,阐明了气血理论在心系疾病诊治过程中的独特作用。结合文献对北京中医药大学东直门医院廖家祯、郭维琴教授应用气血理论诊治常见心系疾病的思路和用药经验进行介绍。
The theory of qi and blood is one of the important theories in traditional Chinese medicine. It is used to expound the physiological characteristics of qi and blood, as well as the pathological mechanism caused by abnormal circulation of qi and blood. The qi-blood function is closely related to the physiological functions of the heart. The functions of the heart are normal, enabling blood to flow continuously and nourish the viscera and tissues. When qi and blood circulate normally, the heart can perform a normal function. Qi-blood theory plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of heart diseases. From the application of the qi-blood theory in palpitations, chest obstruction, heart failure, vertigo and stagnation, the unique role of qi-blood theory in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac diseases was elucidated. Based on the literature, this paper introduces the ideas and experiences of Liao Jiazhen and Guo Weiqin, professors at Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, in applying qi-blood theory to treat common heart diseases.
