摘要
针对机电控制系统管控效率不足,控制装置操作复杂且更改困难等问题,文中优化设计一套基于PLC技术的自动化机电控制系统,其可以实现程序控制等多种功能且使用方便、安装简单。首先,详细讨论机电控制系统的硬件设计方案,硬件设计主要包括控制器设计与电源设计;其次,采用模糊控制PID调节算法在需求分析的基础上设计机电控制系统软件;最终,研究机电控制系统的实现方法,通过硬件与软件的结合实现系统的平稳运行,并对系统的有效性进行检验。实验结果表明,该控制系统的管理效率比传统控制系统高30%,并且具备较高的实用性。
An automatic electromechanical control system based on PLC technology is optimized in this paper to deal with the problems of insufficient control efficiency of electromechanical control system,complex operation and difficult change of control device.The system can realize program control and other functions,and is easy to use and install.The hardware design scheme of electromechanical control system is discussed in detail.The hardware design mainly includes controller design and power supply design.On the basis of requirement analysis,the software of electromechanical control system is designed with fuzzy control PID control algorithm.The realization method of the electromechanical control system is studied,and the stable operation of the system is realized in combination with of hardware and software.The effectiveness check of the system has been done.The experimental results show that the management efficiency of the control system is 30%higher than that of the traditional control system,and has higher practicability.
