未来10~15年中国浅层地热能发展方向战略分析 被引量:15

Analysis on the Development Strategy of Shallow Geothermal Energy in China in the Next 10~15 Years

摘要 过去15年(2005—2020年),我国浅层地热能产业发展迅猛。在理论和技术等方面取得了重大突破,主要成就包括:创立了浅层地热能地质学理论体系,开展了一系列关键技术及浅层地热能成因机理的研究,创新了浅层地热能规模化开发理念,建成了一批具有重大影响的示范项目,创建了浅层地热能研究和创新体系,推广工作取得了显著成效,促进了我国浅层地热能事业快速发展。当前,我国浅层地热能开发利用项目区域规模化趋势愈加明显,由此带来的科学、技术、资源、环境等问题愈发突出。“摩托罗拉”“水源热泵”“浅层地热能谁都行”三大现象的出现警醒行业从业者:解决好浅层地热能开发的科学问题,才能实现浅层地热能的高质量发展。因此,提出推进浅层地热能的“四化”发展路线:成因机理研究“定量化”、勘探评价“精细化”、系统管控“智慧化”、多源耦合“科学化”,科学支撑浅层地热能高效、可持续、大规模开发利用。 In the past 15 years(2005_2020),the industry of shallow geothermal energy has developed rapidly in China.Major breakthroughs have been made in theory and technology such as:creating the system of shallow geothermal geology theory,completing a series of key technology and formation mechanism researches,introducing new large-scale development philosophies of shallow geothermal energy,completing a number of influential demonstration projects,creating the system of shallow geothermal geology research and innovation.Remarkable progresses have also been made in the promotion and development of the shallow geothermal energy industry in China.At present,the regional scale trend of shallow geothermal energy development and utilization projects in China is obviously increasing,which also results in prominent problems on science,technology,resources and environment.Emergence of the three major phenomena—“MOTO”,“WSHP”,and“arbitrary development of shallow geothermal energy by anyone”—reminds industry insiders that high-quality development of shallow geothermal energy cannot be achieved without first solving the scientific problems.Therefore,the following“four-modernizationdevelopment”is proposed for promoting shallow geothermal energy:“quantization”of formation mechanism research,“refinement”of exploration and evaluation,“intelligentization”of system management and control,and“scientization”of multi-source coupling,in order to facilitate science-based support for efficient,sustainable and large-scale exploitation and utilization of shallow geothermal energy.
